ITSOL - Interactive Tech Solutions (“ITSOL”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use itslabs.io, why we collect it, how we protect it, and the rights you have. As a remote-first company serving clients across Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom, and the United States, we aim to meet the standards of Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), the UK/EU GDPR, and applicable US state privacy laws.

1. Who we are (data controller)

The controller responsible for your personal data is ITSOL - Interactive Tech Solutions.

  • Email: hello@itslabs.io
  • Location: Remote-first · Saudi Arabia, the United Kingdom & the United States

2. The information we collect

We collect only what we need:

  • Information you give us — when you submit the contact form, request the AI Audit, or download a resource, we collect your name, work email, company, company size, and any message you send.
  • Chatbot conversations — messages you type into our AI assistant, so it can answer you. Do not share sensitive personal data in the chat.
  • First-party usage analytics — anonymous data about how the site is used (pages viewed, source, device type, time on section). This is not tied to your identity. Your IP address is hashed (one-way) with a secret key and never stored in raw form.
  • Cookies & similar technologies — see section 4.

We do not collect payment card details on this site, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

3. How we use your information

  • To respond to your enquiry and provide the AI Audit or services you request.
  • To deliver resources you asked for (e.g. the AI Readiness Checklist) and, where you opted in, related follow-up emails.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website (including rate-limiting and abuse prevention).
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the site performs.

Our legal bases include your consent (e.g. marketing emails, optional cookies), the performance of a contract or steps taken at your request (responding to enquiries), and our legitimate interests in running and securing the site.

4. Cookies and consent

Essential cookies (such as your session and security tokens) are required for the site to work. Optional analytics and marketing tools load only after you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you decline, those tools never load. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

5. Third-party services

Where enabled and where you have consented, we use trusted providers who act as processors or independent controllers:

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) — aggregate audience and traffic measurement. Loads only after consent.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — aggregate campaign measurement and audiences. Loads only after consent.
  • Anthropic (Anthropic PBC) — powers our AI chat assistant; your chat messages are processed to generate replies.
  • Our hosting provider — stores the website and its database securely on our behalf.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. International transfers

Because we operate across Saudi Arabia, the UK, and the US, and because some providers above process data internationally, personal data may be transferred between these regions. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we take steps consistent with the PDPL, the UK/EU GDPR, and applicable US law to ensure an appropriate level of protection.

7. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and lead information only as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards for legitimate business and legal purposes, then delete or anonymise it. Aggregate, anonymous analytics may be retained longer as it does not identify you.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law in your region, you have the right to: be informed about how your data is used; access your data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion; restrict or object to certain processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email hello@itslabs.io and we will respond within the timeframe required by law.

  • Saudi Arabia (PDPL) — you may lodge a complaint with the competent Saudi supervisory authority.
  • UK/EU (GDPR) — you may lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or your local supervisory authority.
  • United States — depending on your state, you may have rights to know, delete, and opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell your data.

9. How we protect your data

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords and IP addresses, prepared database statements, access controls, and rate limiting. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
